Is there any cloud migration tool for jira to migrate from one cloud site to another

We any migration tool in jira that helps in migrating the project from one site to another , it should  migrate all the configurations of the project but not issues

Project should be migrated from one site to another site with all the configurations but issues should not be migrated is this possible ?

Hi @Sunilkumar k  If you don't want to migrate issues and attachments, then best simple free method is to create a new project in another cloud instance with same configurations. 

If you don't want to create new project manually then alternate solution is to use plugins like Configuration Manager.
