After changing workflow from my company.
I have many issues to go in the "List" page remaining. However, when my team and I switch to "Board" page, there are few of issue appearing. Most of our issue is disappearing.
So we are stick on "List" page which is more reliable and they are actual issues we have.
Please suggest
Hello @Danuphol Jongariyakul
It appears to me that you have a Filter applied to the board, which is limiting the issues that are being displayed.
For instance when you use the Assigned to Me filter, a little symbol displays on the avatar of the assigned user.
I see that symbol in the screen image you supplied.
Disable all the filters and then all your issues should display.
I assume the "List" you speak of is the backlog.
What kind of project do you have? Is it Scrum or Kanban? Company-managed or team-managed?
Can you show a printscreen of the list view, board view and board settings -> columns?

Thank you for your respond.
To answer you.
1.It is Kanban project.
2.It is Company-managed business.
And below is the example of my issues.
In board view, no any other issues.
But instead in the List view, there are many which are the actual issues I need to do.
Before the company change the Workflow, These both view would display the same information but different views.
Please consider and suggest me.
So so thank you in advance.

Hey, could you show also the board settings -> Columns and
the board filter?

I can't find that option mentioned actually, probably it is out of my permission. Right?
May by I need to contact the ones who control this?

If you do not have this permissions you need to contact your project administrator. This person may also be able to tell you why there is a difference between list and board view.

@Marta Woźniak-Semeniuk @Danuphol Jongariyakul
For a Business/Work Management project the board configuration options are different than for a Software project.
There is no access to modify the board filter. The board selects all issues in the project.
I believe my response about a filter being active on the board is very applicable here.
