Dear JIRA community,
I want to schedule JIRA tasks and subtasks with the help of the Activity Timeline Planner. However, it seems that not all tickets per person that I can see in the 'Issues' view of my project are correctly transferred and attributed per person in the Activity Timeline app.
Any chance that someone can help here?
In the attached example you'll see that I can see 20 tickets in the 'Issue' view, but only 18 in the 'Activity Timeline' view.
Thanks in advance for your help:)
Steven
This could happen if not all the Jira issues of NLS project are indexed by ActivityTimeline app.
Try to open Jira Apps -> ActivityTimeline -> Configuration -> Projects page and click on a small green sync icon next to NLS project.
Wait few minutes until the operation is done and then open the Plan view again.
Hope this helps!
If you have any additional questions please feel free to ask me.
Best, Nataliya
Hi Nataliya,
Thanks so much for your quick answer. I did the sync and I can now see the ticket in Activity Timeline. However, it does not show up for the right person, although it is correctly attributed. The only way to find it it with the manual search by using the task key.
Thank you in advance!

@Steven Rohles Glad that this solution worked for you.
The reason that tickets doesn't show up on the right Timeline panel is not specified Start and End Dates of the issue. The ticket is market with the blue stripe on the left Issues panel if ticket is scheduled on some dates.
You can do it in a three possible ways: in Jira, on an issue card, by drag-n-drop a ticket (How to Schedule and Unschedule a Task).
If error occurs in this situation, please check the mapped Start and End Dated in Administrations (How to setup Jira Start/End date custom fields).
You can schedule an online session with our team to clarify all issues. The link is here: Schedule a demo Please feel free to reach us.
Best, Nataliya
