Wa are unable to create Jira Ticket from slack using JIra cloud for slack integration , the popup shows this message "Something went wrong please try again" .

I recently moved my team from a shared Jira Server where we didn't have enough flexibility, to an instance of Jira Cloud. We had the Jira Sever Slack app working just fine prior to the move.
Upon trying to connect our new Cloud project to Slack via the Jira Cloud Slack application, I am consistently getting the following error message:
Which i am using Hesco Connection. For The Following connection
From Jira's side what is the status with the integration? Is it active with a specific project?

Hi @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ , yes the integration is active with many project ... to give more details , we receive prometheus alert on slack and we create Jira ticket from there .
if we change nothing in the form (default project , default issueType ...) we can create the Jira issue with no problem .... but once we try to change something we got the "Something went wrong" message
