Jira Data Center Version - Board option disappeared for all users

We are on Jira Data center version. Today morning we had an issue with LDAP sync due to which Jira went down, We were able to fix it and bring it back online but now Boards are missing from all projects. We used to have many sprint boards, all missing, we don't see sprint field while quering, we also do not see Sprint Start/Manage permission option in Permission Scheme. 

Any one have facing such issue? and any solution?

We had to stop all the services look at file permissions and restart all services. That fixed our issue. Thank you,

Hi Niteshkumar,

Seems like something MAJOR occurred on the backend of the Jira UI.  If you can reach out to vendor support (vendor that manages your data center version servers or Atlassian), this would be the time.

You may need to restore from backup but contact vendor first if you're able to leverage emergency support.
