Jira Rest API to find out how many seats are there in a Jira Cloud Instance

We are developing a Forge application that needs to know how many user seats are occupied in an instance the app is installed.

Is there any Rest API we can call to find this information?

@Trudy Claspill it doesn't fit our need, since it returns all users that have an Atlassian account, while we need the users that are in the current cloud instance.
