Jira Service Desk and ticket editing

I'm using Jira service desk and would like to know if an external client can edit a ticket once its been submitted.  ie can they edit the description, urgency field etc..  Thanks.

Hi @larias  - No, only Service Desk Agents can edit a ticket once it has been created.

I have not tried that before, but you could probably setup an Automation For Jira rule to Edit the issue and populate the field when an Issue is Created.

Yes because only Agents can make changes to tickets.
