Hi,
I have just migrated my old workflow with a new one customized for my project but now when I click on the status to change, it keeps showing me the error message as "The request workflow doesn't exist or is private".
My project is configured with the new workflow already successfully and I can see it is working as intended.
Please refer to my attached image for the detail
Really appreciated for your help.
Thanks a lot.
Hey @Hong Linh Nguyen we are having the same issue and haven't touched our workflows, I think it could be an Atlassian side problem (potentially a cloud update) hopefully will resolve itself soon

Having the same issue on cloud. I've raised a premier support ticket and pointed Atlassian to this post. Hopefully we will get an update soon.

I actually reported this to Atlassian under JST-702330 . The issue was not happening on every project or at least the one it is happening to is a service desk project,i tested on a kanban project and that was fine.

The thing is... I am testing in a tab in stealth mode and I don't get the error.
But yes, I think it could be an Atlassian side problem too.

Same here, seeing this on two clients sites, plus another bug related to transitions: screens are not popping up on causing unable to move issues, as mandatory fields must be set up.
I logged support ticket about that.

I have had confirmation that this is a bug and they are looking into it under https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-77618?error=login_required&error_description=Login+required&state=1d331c0c-9a8a-4dd9-a022-3695cc35d793

We just ran another Cloud Migration and this error message is showing. It did NOT show up last month with our first Cloud Migration. This is blocking our Cloud Migration now.
