Jira dashboard Two Dimensional Filter Statistics and Heat Map cannot retrieve filters.
The configured gadgets are set with custom field "Adresas" (address in Lithuanian) which is an insight object.
The other gadgets (like Filter counts) have no problems with set filters and shows information with custom made insight object field "Adresas".
I do not know where to look at, because like week ago there was no problem with these gadgets and they retrieved information. Also, set filters shows that there are issues, they work fine.
It looks like these two named gagdets do not want to work with custom fields since last wednesday or something.
P.S. The filters I use works fine. When I switch gadget to not use the custom field it works. Below i attached the image with the filter i am using. The filter itself does not use custom fields.
You need to verify that the filter the gadgets are using actually works (the easiest way to stop a filter working like this is to build it to use a field that you then remove or rename, but there are other ways to break them)
Look at the filter the gadgets are configured to use, then go to filters -> view all filters, and search for it, so you can try to run it in the issue navigator. That should tell you what is wrong with it.
The filters I use works fine. When I reconfigure gadget to not use the custom field it works with the same filter. The filter itself does not use any custom fields.

What is the custom field you are using? What type is it, and does it display ok in the issue navigator if you add it as a column to the display?

It displays fine in issue navigator. As mentioned in the description, it shows on another gadgets too. The custom fields is an insight object. It worked fine with these gadgets the last week until wednesday, filters themselves got no changes.

Ok, I think you've run into a bug in the Cloud version of Insight.
A short time ago, Atlassian had a major incident when their attempt to remove the old version of Insight led to a load of sites being taken out. They've fixed that (and the processes that enabled it) and they've gone back to updating everyone to the newer version of Insight. I suspect they got to your site and you were updated on the day your gadgets started to fail.
The problem here is that the new Insight is providing a field that breaks the gadgets.
This needs to go to Atlassian support as a bug report - you should raise it over at https://support.atlassian.com/contact (I would warn you that you will be taken back here if your licence level doesn't qualify you for support, but for you to have Insight on Cloud, you must be on premium)
