Jira kanban board does not show any issues

Kanban board stoped showing issues. In the start of the day it was fine, but in the end of the day it does not show any issues, the filter show issues. Every status is mapped, filter works fine, everything is set up. When accessin board through the project it shows error that board is not accessible, but it is accessible through boards list.

I removed the sub-filter and kanban board show issues as before. All kanban boards have a pre-set sub-filter "fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY" which I removed. This sub-filter is not seen in my pictures on the post.

We are experiencing a similar issue with a newly configured instance of Jira. Same error message about location even after changing / correcting it.

ok might be a bug. might as well register it as a bug i think

Hi @Ignas Selvestravičius,

As the first screenshot says: your board has no location (anymore). This may have happened because the project it was linked to was archived or deleted or the user it was associated with is not longer active.

Update the board location as described in this support article.

the project is not deleted or archived and never was. The issues are shown in the project issues and filters with no problem. Even in the board column settings it shows it has some issues. 

Tried to change the project location to another project and change it back, does not work.
