What shall be the best practice for product feedback? - internal company users first, but something that all product managers can follow and address?

thanks for the quick response!

Actually I'm looking for something more like canny.io , upvoty.com etc

A tool that will allow my users to easily file a new requirement, ability for the product team to manage the funnel, and of course communication to the requesters

Any chance you're familiar with such?
