I have a looped transition in my workflow called 'change sprint'. If I view a ticket in the 'new issue view', I do not see 'change sprint' as an option in the status dropdown. If I go to the 'old issue view' on the same ticket, I see 'change sprint' in the workflow dropdown.
The transition is limited to only people in certain groups. I am a part of those groups and I see the transition in the old issue view.
If, from the new issue view, I click 'view workflow', the looped transition still displays as part of the workflow so no workflow weirdness that I can tell. Seems to be limited purely to how I'm viewing the ticket.
Is there some magic to get the looped transition to appear in the new issue view?
The bug is fixed now from the link above. Use the Actions button to view the option to perform a transition loop.

Hi Carrie - I've been trying to nail down the bug you're encountering with transitions in the new issue view, but haven't been able to reproduce it.
I'm able to see looped transitions that are set up with a condition to display to users in a particular group within the new issue view. But maybe there's some variance I'm missing in testing this out?
Are you able to raise a support ticket for this at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/? Our support team can then drill into the specifics of your transition setup.

Hi @Carrie Norwood or @Caroline Bartle did you get a resolution for this issue.
I am seeing the exact same behaviour with one of our workflows.
Thanks
Bronagh
