Hello!
I feel like I'm going a bit crazy :).
I've followed the instructions on the support page below to make one of the projects (we have 3 projects) within our Jira Software Cloud instance public. However, every time I try to access via incognito mode or ask a user without a Jira login to our instance to access it the Jira login page is displayed forcing the user to log in or create a log in.
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/allow-anonymous-access-to-projects/
I have created a new permissions scheme "Product Portal Permission Scheme" and assigned that scheme to the one project that I want to be public. The others are using the default permissions scheme from Jira.
In that scheme, I have added "Public" (anyone is not an option anymore) to the group permissions for Browse Project & Create Issues
What am I missing?!
Hi @Lauren
How are you not able to access the issue in incognito?
Can you try accessing a specific issue and let me know?
Browse project permissions is enough for the public to view the issue
Thanks,
Pramodh
And May I know have you configured SSO for your instance?

Ah ha! So it was user error as I suspected! I was sending the link to the project, not to an individual ticket.
I suppose I'll need to follow the next section (Anonymous access to shared filters or dashboards) to allow a user to see a list of tickets.
