Missing Issues after Migration from Server to Cloud

Mike Shaw December 14, 2023

Hi,

Can't seem to find any answers to this...

Migrated 107 Projects from Server to the Cloud.  Only 12 of them are showing the Issues.  The Migration Plan Logs state that everything was migrated successfully.

What would be the reason I can't see Issues on 95 of the Projects?  Permissions?  I can't seem to find any differences between the 12 that I can see Issues on, and the 95 I can't.

Any advice is appreciated,

Thanks.

@Mike Shaw what do you see if you go to any of those 95 projects? is anyone else able to access those issues in those 95 projects? Are there any security schemes configured for those 95 projects?

@Sayed Bares _ServiceRocket_ I see the assigned users, roles and the summary data.  I can't see any issues or dashboards.  This is the same for other users as well.

When I go to "Filters" and search for Issues there, none of the 95 Projects are listed in the dropdown.  I also noticed that when I go to "Projects" - "View all Projects", the 95 don't allow me to "Star" the Project, also I can't search against the "Key" field in the "Filters" - "View All Issues" screen when using JQL, it just tells me that the value cannot be found.

What I am doing is re-importing this morning, but a handful at a time and this seems to be working.  I'm moving the Projects to Trash, then Delete Permanently, then reimporting 5 at a time.  So far, this has worked but it's a pain.

Hope the above makes sense.
