Hello,
we moved from cloud to server. Now I'm not the Jira admin but a project admin. What do I need to tell the jira admin so he can set up a new project for me. What information does he need? It is my understanding, I can't do that as a project admin.
What if the project is setup as software scrum project but I want to change it to kanban (or vice versa). Can I do that or is this something only the jira admin can do?
Regards,
Michael
@Michael Werner Yes, you are right. Only Jira (System) admins can create projects.
You can let your Jira admin know about your new Project type (Software or Business), Project name, key, users/groups to add to Project role, your desired workflow or default etc.
You can still change your project setup from Scrum to Kanban by creating a new board on the project.
