Under the same mail id I have got 2 projects running and right now I am not able to access one of the projects and it says the account is suspended (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED). I have been sending mail for days and the customer support have provided me with instructions to reactivate the account and it didnt help (ATTACHING THE MAIL THREAD). The reason for deactivation was given as inactivity but myself and my team has been using the software on a daily basis. Kindly provide a solution for this.

If you can't reactivate your site via adding payment details as the link in your screenshot explains, you must reach out directly to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ as they should be able to actually connect to your site and check into what is wrong.

A free site may gets suspended after you haven't accessed it for 90 days. You seem to be convinced that you have been working in it recently, which leads to the obvious assumption that there is more than 1 site or something really strange is happening.
In either case, contact Atlassian support directly mentioning your site URL and explaining the issue. The people here on Community - like me - are mostly volunteers eager to help you, but we cannot access your site. The Atlassian support team does have that power.
