The automation rule of transition Assignee field to Unassigned failed 2 days ago and they have not appeared again. At that time, the team had to change the field to Unassignee manually. If there were some changes in the system that affect the rule or they just happen sometimes.
I also received 4 emails simultaneously about 4 rules that failed at the same time with 1 ticket. When I checked it, the ticket did not exist. It is so hard to understand.
Have everyone ever seen the errors like those?
Hi @Tien Nguyen
Your rules seem okay to me...and...
There were some Jira and automation problems during that timeframe, which you may review here: https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/
If you are no longer seeing the issue perhaps they were caused by delays or rules not triggering from the outage.
Kind regards,
Bill

This is the error and the rule. This one we have to change manually on the last 2 days. But no error happens so far.
And 4 rules failed at the same time with 1 ticket does not exist:
Rule 1
Rule 2:
Rule 3:
Rule 4:

In the rule details, who is the actor set to? Does the actor have permissions in the jira project to assign tickets?
