Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.

it has a picture of a button that can turn off access to a product to new users. Only about 1/5 of my users need JIRA but they all need access to Confluence. I don't see the button on my product access screen. Was it removes, if so how can I change this, can it still be changed. I don't want to spend many hours per month removing user access to users who don't need JIRA.
Hey Folks
There has been some change made to how access is provided to the new users. The little toggle buttons are moved under User Access settings in the Org level settings. Under the domain, we can define the role the new users are provided and if approval is required for the same.

Hello @Kevin Parks
I still see the button in the Product Access screen for our Standard and Premium subscription sites.
Can you show us a screen image of what you are seeing?
