How do I turn off notification for updates that I have made to a ticket?  

I need updates if someone else has updated a ticket, but if I'm the one making an update, I don't want a notification.

Hi @Katherine Stevens 

  • Upper right corner click on your avatar
  • Click personal settings
  • Uncheck the "You make changes to the issue" box
