1. Summary of the problem.
ADCIO-1745 has 3 subtasks (ADCIO-1746, 1747, 1748), but only ADCIO-1748 is showing up on list view.
FYI, ADCIO-1748 is cloned from ADCIO-1747 and modified description.
2. Details of the problem
The above Backlog is "custom made" backlog board from saved Filter not the pre-built backlog board of project.
All the tickets (issues) are created from Team managed project and the team managed project Backlog does not show any subtask (child issues) and it looks that is the default behavior.
The below is the default Backlog of team managed project. It shows only icon and no way to expand child issues.
So we tried custom Backlog board based on saved filter and it has the above problem, ie., only cloned subtask is shown.
Hi @이철한 - Chulhan Lee ,
I'll try to assist you with your inquiry.
Anyway, do you mind providing the JQL you used for the custom backlog view?
Cheers,
Francis
JQL is very simple. It just filter project nothing else.
project = "ADCIO" order by created DESC

Could you check this for me.
Because in your backlog, the only subtask shown is ADCIO-1748 and the other two is not. I have a sneaking suspicion that they might not belong to the same sprint. Could you double check if they have the same sprint ID?
Let me know how you go.
Cheers,
Francis

My gut feeling is there is some difference showing Backlong between Team managed board and custom board (maybe same as company managed project).
Somehow, cloned subtask populated some additional field in addition to "Parent" of the issue. That is how cloned one shows up.
Is there some way to compare the all attributes of subtasks?
