Hi all,
When removing a participant from the oncall rotation, most of the time it will ask "To keep the participants in order, Start Time of xx Rotation has been updated" which update the Start Date, but sometimes it doesn't. We do not see any reason or pattern. Could someone please explain?
(Also, if there is a better place to ask questions about OpsGenie, please let me know.)

Thank you for the detailed response, Habib. We were able to manually update that, just want to know why sometimes it doesn't give that headsup. The first and last scenarios make sense to me. Could you elaborate more on the 2nd one -- different from what?
"The remaining participants have different schedules: If the remaining participants have different schedules, OpsGenie may not be able to adjust the start time of the rotation while maintaining the correct order of the participants."
