Planning Poker JIRA is kicking off people and making them as guests

Hi,

we are having an issue with Planning Poker. We have been using it for around a year now and all worked well until recently. 

Now when our team join in (we all join via JIRA Planning Poker url shared to the team), and start voting process, while voting is happening and timer is running, Planning Poker kicks us all out (sometimes even a moderator!) and shows us as "guests". 

Please advise
