Hi,

I need a code for Scriptrunner cloud that:
Fill in the ticket priority automatically when it is created from Item Type x Impact.
How can I create this code?

This is a generic script that will work in the console - https://library.adaptavist.com/entity/update-the-priority-of-an-issue-in-jira

It won't be hard to change it to a post-function (you can just use "issue" directly in a post-function, no need to work it out from a key) or listener
