Remove some users and need to add again

Hey guys,

how are you?

I removed some users from Jira (I didn't deactivate them, I removed them), when I try to add them again, Jira shows that these users are deactivated, but they are not, they are deleted and I can't add them again. Has anyone had this problem?

Note: These users were deleted on July 8th, and I tried to add them again on August 1st

Hi @Jack Brickey 
the organization admin was able to re-add the users. They were really off. I am the site administrator only.
