Required fields in when creating Jira issue

I have a really funny question. I have managed to make fields required, and even managed to have a message saying which fields on the create issue dialog are required, which pops up if somebody is trying to create it without filling all the fields.

But I have managed to do it after a long researching... and two weeks ago... and I forgot how I did it. I do not know where this message box is for me to edit it.

Can you help me? Is anybody familiar with this?

That appears to be a Validator on the Create transition in your workflow. Edit the workflow, go to the Create transition, and check your validators.
