Seeing all items in backlog

In the backlog it only shows 100 issues - you have to click on the show more link every time to see them all.

In this document it says

"If you have more than 100 issues, you can also click  and select how many you want to display. You can select to see 100, 500 or all issues."

But I can't find this option anywhere.  Can anyone help.

Thanks

Hi @Rob Lucas ,

hope this image helps:

issue_display.PNG

This is from a Scrum backlog - above the backlog issues we have the active sprints.

Right below the sprints you find the backlog in the backlog - and when I press the three dots there I have the option to choose "all".

(You can trust me it says "all" under the "500" - but my display is having some issues atm :-D)

If you need further don't hesitate and write/ask me again.

Hi @Rob Lucas

Where are you trying for this option? you should check for the backlog not for the sprint and board. there are 3 ... dotes on this screen and maybe you are confused with them.

I can see the option here. Please share your screenshot too.

I hope it will help, if not please feel free to write me again, I would be happy to help you.

Thanks both for the answers - I was looking at the three dot menu at the top (but still to the right of the word Backlog) - but it makes sense now.

I think doco could be a little clearer though.
