You can copy the original issue key in a customfield before moving the issue and use this customfield as a column in your filter.

Hi Bill, in our use cases, we do not limit the permission of moving issues and we use the JIRA Automation to log all moving issues. (If the issue moved, will send out an email.) However, in the email, there's no way to display the old key and you have to see the history of each issue one by one.

Thanks, Olive. Then the custom field approach suggested by @Mohamed Benziane could help. If it is possible for an issue to move more than one time, you may want to consider concatenating the last id onto the end of the list for a custom field.
