Hi,
I have created my own workflow in jira, which is a simplified workflow scheme,
I add a transition between the status in progress and done named check definition of done, and I put the field resolution as done in the post functions, the workflow is published
Any help please!
Thanks in advance!
Issues get struck-out when they are done, meaning "when they are resolved"
Add a post-function that says "set a resolution" to your workflows when you should set it
I have already set automatically the resolution field with value done in post function in the transition before the status done
But it still not working!

Hi Feten!
both Task and Story shares the same workflow? and when de Task is ut to done, does the story transition to that status too? Otherwise, you should have the Task done (and strike out) and the story not done, and therefore, not strike down.

thanks for response Aylin
yes all the subtasks of a story are done and struck out, but the story is by result done but her ID is not struck out
Yes the workflow is assigned to the story, task, subtask

Story that is done and should by strike out, has already set the resolution field? This is other thing to be considered

the resolution field is set automatically as done in the post functions of the transition before the status done
