Suggestion - pop-up showing the JQL for the filter in Manage Filter

Use Case:

When I hover the pointer over the URL for a filter in Manage Filter I would like a pop-up which should the JQL for that filter.

Advantage: The user would not need to open//navigate to the filter (ie it would same time).

You should submit that suggestion directly to Atlassian - nothing can be done with it here in the Community.
