Tempo Timesheet Cloud - View report of users that have not logged time?

Hi,

We are using Tempo Timesheet Cloud and we're wondering if it is possible to view in a report (or something similar) which users have not logged any time in a given period?

Also, it is possible to have a report of the time approvals pending?

Team leads can view which of their team members have not logged any time in the Team Timesheet, see https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/managing-your-teams/viewing-the-team-timesheet.html

Team leads can also see the approval status for their team members in the team approvals report, see https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/approving-timesheets/approving-or-rejecting-timesheets.html.

Access to this information can be given to other users via the Team permissions "View worklogs" and "Approve Timesheet", see https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/permissions-in-tempo/tempo-team-permissions.html

We know this information is available in the teams section. But do you know any way an admin could see all of this in one view without the necesity to go team by team to check? i mean see the timesheets of all the users?

Hi @Patricia González , 

An admin can see the worklogs of all users when he has e.g. the "Browse project" and "View all worklos" permission for all projects, but this will only show him information of users who have logged time. 

There is no option to view a list of users who have not logged any hours for the selected period, but you can create a feature request for this in our Tempo Ideas portal, https://ideas.tempo.io/ideas.

I'm an admin and have the permission, but i can't find the option you mention. Could you tell me where to see this?

When you have permission to "Browse projects" and "View all worklogs" for all JRIA projects, you can view the worklogs of all users in Tempo Reports. 

To view this information, please go to Apps, Tempo, Reports. This report can be grouped and filtered to show the information you are interested in. Please take a look at https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/generating-reports/logged-time-reports.html for more information.
