Too many issues are trying to load! I changed workflow and mapped wrong status?How to correct it?

We did a workflow change, but mistakenly mapped all the closed and resolved issues into done by dev state which is open now! I now have more than 3500 issues trying to load in my Backlog.

Also, some developers can’t see the board as well. 

Got any clue how to move back those thousands of issues to the closed state?

Hi @Krishna Singh

You can try running the JQL query to retrieve all the issues whose status was changed from XYZ to ABC and do the bulk update.

project= "project key" and status changed from XYZ to ABC
