40K PLUS user account
We are unable to add any new users in JIRA Software, JIRA Service desk and Confluence. The message says that we have run out of our number of users bandwidth.
Hi Aradhana,
We have checked internally and looks like the site 40kplus still has enough user license to import more users.
Could you provide a screenshot of the page where the error occurs? This might help us understand the actual nature of the issue.
Thanks

On JIRA Home page, when we try to invite users, and enter the email ID, it leads to the following message:
When I go the admin panel and manage user and try to invite a user, the following message appears

Hi Aradhana,
Thanks for the screenshot. Now I understand the problem.
Recently we have changed the Plan and pricing for the Atlassian products, where the free plan only allows a limited number of users.
Please go to the Subscription page and change the plan to Standard. This should allow you to invite more users to the site.
Do let me know once the changes are done and we will update our internal directory accordingly.
Thanks
Shwetha

Hi Shwetha
I tried to change the plan to Standard plan, but it doesn't allow me to do that and throws an error. Please find the screenshot attached
