Been having this issue for a few weeks now and have tried many of the suggested solutions, but still not working. The user avatars that usually show between the story points and status in the child issue list of an epic or story do not show any longer.
I have tried many times clearing my cache, history, and cookies and restarting browser, didn't work. Logged out and back into Jira several times. I have tried disabling all browser extensions, didn't work. I tried in Chrome, old IE, and new Edge. Didn't work on any of them. Any suggestions?
Hi @Lou Hill
I think that may be a known issue if you are using a Next-Gen project. Please look at this community post, and associated defects, to see if it matches the symptom you are observing:

It may be Bill, thanks for sharing. Odd thing is that across my small dev team (6 of us), I am the only one with the issue. Being a Product Manager that manages our epics on a daily basis, this is a huge issue as time is wasted opening issues individually to check assignee. Again, thanks for pointing me in this direction.

Hey, Lou. Looking at the defects, another person had some luck adjusting browser scaling and refreshing to get the avatars to appear. Maybe that will help you until this gets investigated and resolved. Definitely a time wasting defect.

Thanks again Bill! I did try that, no luck, still no avatars. It's impacting about half my team, very frustrating bug. Again, appreciate you feedback and help.
