Velocity Report missing from reports list

My velocity report is no longer an option on the list of reports. It was there 2 weeks ago but now is gone. This is the same on another teams board too. Does anyone know why this could be and how I get it back?

Here's the bug- https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-20895

Atlassian is incredibly slow to resolve anything, so I would not get your hopes up on a here
