I want to see a report for past sprints, but the dropdown list only shows the last 10 sprints.

How can I see all the reports?

Hello @帝一 大竹

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

What screen are your viewing? What dropdown field are you using?

When I am on this screen in my system I see many more than 10 sprints available in the dropdown.

In Jira, by default, the Sprint Report dropdown list only shows the last 10 sprints. However, you can still access reports for older sprints... here's how you can view reports for all past sprints:

Steps to View Reports for Older Sprints:

  1. Navigate to the Board where the sprints were completed:

    • Go to Projects > Select the appropriate project.
    • Then select the Board (Scrum board) associated with the sprints.
  2. Access the Sprint Reports:

    • In the project, select Reports from the left-hand sidebar.
    • Choose Sprint Report from the available options.
  3. Manually Select the Sprint URL:

    • Even if the dropdown only shows the last 10 sprints, you can still access older sprint reports by modifying the URL.
    • After selecting the Sprint Report, check the URL in your browser’s address bar. It will look something like this:
    • https://{BaseURL}/jira/software/c/projects/{projectKey}/boards/{boardID}/reports/sprint-retrospective?sprint={sprintID}
  4. Modify the Sprint ID:

    • You can manually change the sprint part of the URL to the ID of the sprint you want to view. Sprint IDs increase incrementally, so you can experiment with different numbers to find older sprints.

Hi @帝一 大竹

Welcome to our Community.

I guess Sprint Reviewer Pro app may help you with the sprint details:

You could see this artical for more details too:
