If we want to send an update to all project stakeholders/users/team members , what is the best practice for doing this within Jira? For example, if I just want to let everyone know a few bullet point updates for that project how could I easily send this to everyone already added to that project??
@Kristine Gemici Before we purchased Confluence I used to add an issue called project update to the Jira project. I would then add everyone as a watcher that should be receiving and update. I created a dashboard that showed key information for my stakeholders and ensured that they all had access to it. I would then update the issue with a comment about the status of the product and always linked to the dashboard for supporting information. This ensured that communication went out to the correct people and a history of those updates was in the project.
Thanks so much Brant! That is a really great suggestion! Thanks so much!
