Work Log date not matching the Export Issues file output of Export Excel CSV (all fields) option

Export Not Populating 11/4/21 where we want the time spent to be recorded.

• EXPECT: Jira Web Work Log "Logged" Date to match CSV Log Work field
• RESULTS:  Not Matching 
  • JIRA UI ("Date Started")    = 11/4/2021
  • JIRA Issue Excel CSV        = 11/22/21

NOTE: This is a "Subtasks" issue type. I am using subtask to log our time. This Subtasks does roll up to an Issue type = User Story AKY-310.

DESIRE: is for REST API and/or CSV all fields export/extracts to include Started date field from the Time Spent Log Work, which is working as expected within the "Timesheet Tracking for JIRA" add on. For outside JIRA reporting, I have to extract from REST API or CSV PLUS Timesheet Tracking For JIRA for the "Started" date entries/records.

Hi Louis,

The datetime in the UI is adjusted to align with your timezone. The export shows the datetime in alignment with the applications System Time. This is normal and expected. Cheers!

JIRA UI ("Date Started")    = 11/4/2021

I explicitly retro back the date, trying to leverage the Date Started field to when the "Time Spent" was worked.  In addition, the challenge is I do not see 11/4/2021 like in the UI anywhere in the CSV export ALL ISSUES.

I have advised, this is not a problem and is expected behavior. You can review Atlassian's Configuring Date and Time page or Contact Atlassian Support, depending on how much you disagree. Cheers!
