Hi,
After copying data from Jira Cloud Prod to Cloud Sandbox I can see that Workflow status names are changed.
In Production it is To Do & Done
In Sandbox it has changed to Scope & Done(released in production)
" To Do " has been changed to "Scoped"
& "Done" changed to "Done (RELEASED IN PROD)".
What would have happened? Help me to fix this.
Thanks,
Baskar
Would you like to learn how to create Jira workflow then refer this:
Hi @Gnanabaskar
Is the Workflow in Prod...
It might be that the Workflow was in draft and has either not been copied across because of this, or has replaced the published Workflow during the data copy.
If the above is fine - this shouldn't happen (unless someone has modified the Workflow post-data copy). I'd refresh the data again from prod and see if this rectifies the issue first.

Hi @Ste Wright
It is Sandbox workflow, In production it is different. After copying prod data to sandbox it has changed to what in the picture attached in my question.

Hi @Gnanabaskar
Have you checked what I suggested in terms of Published / In Draft Workflows?
And tried refreshing the data copy?

@Ste Wright How to refresh data copy ?
And btw its published and active workflow... Will it work if I redo copying prod data to sandbox?

Hi @Gnanabaskar
To refresh the data copy...
You can also delete the Sandbox from here, if you need to recreate it.
I'm not sure if it will fix the problem - I just think it's a good first test!
Alternatively, in this scenario, you could contact Atlassian Support via https://support.atlassian.com/ - and ask a Support Engineer to research the specific error in your instance?
