cannot read property attachment_error of null

Hello Support,

We are getting error "cannot read property attachment_error of null" while submitting the ticket from the issue collector.

We are using the mac chrome latest version browser. Please fix it immediately because our business stops.

I have the same issue.

As reported in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Uncaught-TypeError-Cannot-read-property-attachment-error-of-null/qaq-p/1392646, it appears to be only for Chrome 83.

Works fine for me in Firefox 76.0.1 and Safari 13.1.

We are also experiencing this issue. We just moved our entire user base from reporting using Service Now to reporting using issue collectors yesterday. When will this be fixed?!

It looks like Chrome has provided an update to address this. Version 83.0.4103.97 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Tested this morning and Jira issue collectors to work as normal.
