Hi @Omar Ali
I encourage you to first consider what you want to make visible. Do you want project by project information, a roll-up of some aspect, etc. After you know that, you can investigate the dashboard gadgets and create JQL queries to support them.
Please review this documentation for the gadgets which are available with out-of-the-box JIRA Cloud: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/using-dashboard-gadgets-776636252.html
Best regards,
Bill
Hi Bill,
I have one more question. I have a dashboard where I have given access to multiple users. One of the user can access all the gadgets on the dashboard while other user cannot access some of the gadgets like Pie Chart and Filter Statistics.
I have give access to both the user on share dashboard and filters as well.
Can you please suggest where I am doing wrong on permissions.
Thank you

Hi @Omar Ali
I think you are on the right track as this being permission related...
First, confirm that they have permissions to see the dashboard itself.
The gadgets seem to cache the filter used, so first confirm that the person has permission to access the filter by checking its permissions. If they see nothing, this could be related to project permissions, so check those.
Then, re-add the filter to the gadget (edit, search for the filter, and save) and see if they can see the results.
