direct URL-Link of Cloning feature ?

Hey all:)
Does someone know a way of creating an URL Link which executes the cloning option of a specific Issue?

Background: Since there is no real way of having story templates (especially not when one wants to use the formats) I would like to offer my team the option in having a bookmark in their browser which by execution automatically clones the template story.

Is there a way to archive this?

It is possible to have issue templates if you are open to using a third party product.

I know - but none of them provides the text-formats I require (specifically the info panel)
