A Jira workflow is a set of statuses and transitions that an issue moves through during its lifecycle. I need a copy of this

Understood now do you want just an image copy? Assuming so I would suggest editing the workflow turning on the view transitions and using a screen capture tool. Then record this in confluence or another Word processing Engine where are you can document the current workflow and any future changes.

@Manuela Cardona Henao if you go to Settings -> Issues -> Workflows, then select the Workflow you would like a copy of and select Edit on the right side. Once the screen refreshes, there is an Export button on left side beside the Diagram and Text options. Select Export and you can export as XML or Workflow.
