Hey guys.

I'm trying to use the "User Picker" field for multiple users in a project.
My license type is standard.
I saw that there was an option "Request participants" available that would already serve me.

I can't use/enable it anyway, or am I doing something wrong in the configuration?

Request participants is a JSM only feature that allows you to share request with other customers. Watchers in Jira Software is sort of similar which allows you to notify users when the issue is updated.

And to add, in JSM you can only add Request participants to the layout when you go to Project settings > Request types. It is not available to be added to a screen.

Hi @Camila Gomes

This field should normally be visible. Unfortunately, I’m on my phone and can’t view your whole image but here’s what my configuration looks like:

This works for me. I ensure it isn’t a part of the agent view.
