In our JIRA instance I would like to globally restrict the ability to clone issue tickets but then give the permission to specific users. What are the steps needed to accomplish this setup?
Can you check the Bobswift clone plus add-on as this can be used to restrict the option for cloning issues?
The problem here is clone issue shares the same permission as Jira create issue.
