Sandbox is not displaying Forms

Hello,

In my Production environment (first picture) I can see in the Project settings under Issues "Forms". But not in the sandbox (second picture). 

I couldn't find a configuration for that. Am I missing something?

Just experienced the same thing and it is confirmed by Atlassian that it is something need to be manually enabled by Atlassian support.

I know it's an old thread but I stumbled upon it while searching for an answer. I did contact Atlassian and they were able to add Forms for my Sandbox extremely quickly.

@simone.heil I would suggest submitting a support issue to Atlassian.  It might be something that they need to fix.  You could also check and make sure that all the apps are enabled in sandbox.
