We have a Zendesk support field in our Jira template. I created a filter and was hoping to show the number of Zendesk tickets associated with a Jira ticket. I can see the Zendesk details in the Jira ticket, but I can't select the Zendesk field to show as a column in the filter I created.

Is there a way this can be done?

Same requirement here. Just want to show the number of Zendesk tickets in a column in list view, but the column remains empty.

I don't understand why you can select the field for a column but it will not show anything in list view. When jou open the issue it will show the number of tickets.

hi @Peter

did you manage to find a solution? We have the exact same requirement lol - specifically using the linked ticket count in a filter column

The way we do it is to have specific fields that we want to be able to filter on sync over from Zendesk to Jira. Fields in the linked Zendesk ticket are not available to JQL.
