Story Point

Je n’arrive pas à faire apparaitre le champ « Story Point » sur mes tickets.

Le champ est bien rajouté dans la configuration (voir copie d’écran) mais lorsque j’enregistre et que jereviens sur le ticket il n’apparait pas.

Je ne sais pas pourquoi.

J’ai aussi vérifié que ce champ est bien associé à l’écran du projet.

Hi @Nonla KONE 

 

As you have already added the "Story Point" field into your Project Screen. Please perform the following steps to make it visible in your project (This process is called Setting the Custom Field Context)

 

  1. go to settings -- > issues
  2. Fields --> Custom Fields
  3. Type "Story Points" --- Context and Default Value
  4. Locate the context and "Edit Configuration"
  5. In the Applicable Issue Type section --> Select "Task" or any other issue types where you wanted to see the "Story Points" field
  6. In the Applicable Context Section, select the Project where you wanted to see the "Story Points" field
  7. Select "Modify"

Pour autant que je sache, le champ "storypoint" ne sera visible que si le type de question est "story". Dans tous les autres cas, il n'apparaîtra pas. Comme vous l'avez constaté.

For my english speakers: As far as I know, the storypoint field will only be visible if the issue type is story. For every other issue type it will not be shown. Like you experienced it.
