Hi!
I'm curious if there's a way to report Time Tracking on each Issue AND by each person who entered time.
Our workflow requires Issues be assigned to different people along the way. Each person is expected to track time on the same ticket.
We also have instances where time tracking is added to an Issue by someone who's never explicitly assigned (e.g., two people were "pairing" on an issue).
Want to put this out there before going to Support.
Did find these Marketplace Apps - at a high level from their pages, I wasn't immediately getting the info I wanted and will at some point try them out.
Thanks for reading!
Hi @Charles Le
I'm with SolDevelo, the company behind Worklogs - Time Tracking and Reports on your list. I can confirm that our app meets your requirements - it allows you to display all the time logged by particular users on your instance, with many additional groupings and filtering available.
I encourage you to start a free trial - all marketplace apps can be tested free of charge and any obligations for 30 days. After this time you can choose to keep the app or simply uninstall it from your instance at no cost. Should you have any questions you can also reach our support at https://soldevelo.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2
Best regards,
Sebastian
Hi Charles,
I think all the mentioned apps provide what you expect, as "report Time Tracking on each Issue AND by each person who entered time" is a standard use case.
Please feel free to try apps from the time tracking category (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/categories/time-tracking), as all of them provide free trial.
Good luck with your efforts!

Go for Tempo Timesheets It gives the required info what you are looking for.
Install a trial version on test instance and verify the same with some users.
Thanks,
