Looking for an app that can do both of these
1. Time in Status ( Ex, Issue was in Dev-queued for 8 days, Dev-Active for 14 days, QA-Queued for 3 days etc )
2. Time taken to move from one status to Another - that is Open to Deployed or Dev to Deployed. Ex - Issue went from Open to Deployed in 4 weeks/1 month
Read through several posts on apps that do one or the other. Need recommendation for one that does both. Also, not relying on resolved/resolution field.
Also, you can consider other solution from Atlassian marketplace:
1. Time in status for Jira Cloud will help you to get each status duration. So you will be able to monitor how long issue was Dev-queued, Dev-Active, and QA-Queued status. Also, this app can show time in status for each assignee.
2. Time Between Statuses calculates status to status time. It lets select which statuses should be as start/stop triggers for the timer. Also, here you can configure time limits and notification about overdue issues.
Hope this information will be useful for you
