Unable to parse Date, CSV Imports

My Date format in csv  file 25/09/2022 6:20:00 PM and another 5/09/2022 1:06:00 AM

Hi @anee.karki 

Please make sure that you're setting the correct format on Jira when importing, according to the dates you're showing the format should be "dd/MM/yyy h:mm:ss aa".

Please share the screen when configuring the import if you keep encountering issues.
